KOSCIUSKO COUNTY,Indiana – A 20-year-old Warsaw man is in the Kosciusko Jail after he allegedly burglarized the Etna Green Mini Mart on N. State Road 19 in the early morning hours of May 26th. Daricus Da-Jon Leigh Phillips was arrested after an investigation by the Kosciusko Count Sheriff’s Department after police recognized him on surveillance video from the night of the burglary. Police staked out his home and took him into custody when he returned home. They report Phillips admitted to breaking into the convenience store. He is locked up in lieu of bail.
