Here’s an update to the high speed chase story from December 13.
Further investigation has revealed that the female passenger had given a false name to investigating officers. The initial report stated that a Felicia Shepherd of Camden, Indiana was the suspect. Last night, investigators found that the female’s real identity is Amy L. Barnard, age 37, from Frankfort, Indiana. Ms. Barnard has active warrants out of Carroll County for Theft and Auto Theft. Ms. Barnard had used her step-sisters information upon her initial arrest.
