PERU, Ind. – Saturday, September 17th, at 10:00 a.m., Miami County Helping Hands WALK-FOR-HUNGER will hold their biggest fundraiser. WALK-A-MILE FOR HUNGER will begin at Helping Hands located at 176 North Broadway in Peru, go South on Broadway to the Broadway Bridge and back. Co-Director Diane Skillen says this year’s theme is “OUR COMMUNITY STANDS IN UNITY”
