Crossroads Bank Hires Jeff Altmiller & Michael Walters

WABASH, IN – Crossroads Bank announces the hiring of Jeff Altmiller and Mike Walters

 

Jeff Altmiller has joined Crossroads Bank as an Assistant Vice President Branch Manager in Peru. Jeff is a graduate of Westerville North High School in Ohio and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from The Ohio State University. Jeff earned his MBA at Indiana University in Kokomo. Jeff worked for National City Bank where he was a Vice President in Lending. He then worked at First Farmers Bank and Trust as a Vice President Manager. Jeff also worked at American Trust Federal Savings Bank as Branch Manager in Kokomo where he was also their Corporate Security Officer. His latest position was at First Bank of Berne as the Branch Manager/ Loan Officer. Jeff’s community involvement includes Rotary Club of Kokomo, past Treasurer 2002- 2013 and 2016-2017, United Way of Howard County, Realtors Association of Central Indiana affiliate member, Home Builders Association of Howard County and Kokomo Y’smen Association.

Mike Walters has joined Crossroads Bank as a Senior Vice President Ag/Head of Lending in Peru and Wabash. Mike is a graduate of Somerset High School in Somerset, Kentucky. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree of Science from Berea College where he majored in Agriculture. Mike worked at Farm Credit Services as a Loan Officer in London, Kentucky then in Columbia City, Indiana. He also worked as a Senior Special Accounts Loan Officer in Albion and Columbia City. He was promoted to Vice President of Financial Services in Bluffton and then Senior Financial Services Officer, Northern Indiana. He worked at National City Bank as a Vice President of Community Banking in Ag, for North Central Indiana. His latest position was at Farmer’s State Bank (Horizon) where he was the Senior Vice President Sales Manager in Warsaw. Mike has coached youth sports and he is a past member of the Rotary in Peru. Mike and his wife, Cami, live in Peru with their two children, Elsie and Eli.
