Harry W. Hicks, 80, of Warren, IN, passed away early Friday morning, October 20, 2017 at Rescare Homecare in Churubusco, IN. He was born on Friday, July 02, 1937, in Wabash County, IN. Harry helped on his family farm for most of his life. He enjoyed driving the tractor up and down the lane, bowling and fishing. In this spring he always looked forward to going down to Evansville to compete in the Special Olympics.
Survivors: Sister – Maud Nuss, Warren, IN, Sister – Deanna (Husband, Don) Gray, Warren, IN, Brother – David L. (Wife, Louise) Hicks, Warren, IN, Several Nieces & Nephews and Great Nieces & Nephews.
He was preceded in death by his: Father – David W. Hicks, Sr., Mother – Thelma (Pace) Hicks and Brother in law-Byron E. Nuss, Sr.
There will be a private funeral service held for the immediate family on Monday, October 23, 2017. Interment will follow beside his parents in the Grant Memorial Park in Marion.
