Constance Schul

Constance L. “Connie” Schul, 72 of Fort Wayne and formerly of Huntington passed away at 8:45 pm on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at the Englewood Health & Rehabilitation Center in Fort Wayne. Connie was a 1961 graduate of Fairfield High School in Fairfield, Ohio. She attended Western Michigan University. She worked as a secretary/bookkeeper/veterinarian assistant with her husband, George for 20 years at Schul Veterinary in Huntington. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church and was a member of Tri Kappa. She was involved with numerous bridge clubs.

Connie was born on April 28, 1943 in Hamilton, Ohio, the daughter of Edward W. and Ruby M. (Kinnison) Kemp.

She was united in marriage to George Schul on January 27, 1962 in Hamilton, Ohio. Her husband survives.

Additional survivors include a son: Marlin Schul of West Lafayette; a daughter: Carrie Knuckles of Noblesville; a brother: Charles Kemp of Fairfield, OH; a sister: Kathleen Kemp of Middletown, OH and five grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a sister: Karen Mason.

There will be no visitation or funeral service.

Interment will be at the Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
