Wabash, Ind. –Partnered with Grow Wabash County, the Wabash Marketplace First Friday Committee is pleased to announce details on the upcoming First Friday Wabash event. First Friday encourages the community to celebrate in downtown Wabash with this month’s theme “Give Thanks” from 5-8 p.m. on Friday, November 3rd. First Friday T-shirts and bags will be on sale at many businesses including Visit Wabash County Welcome Center, Bellazo, Marelli’s, Modoc’s Market, and the Eclectic Shoppe.
First Friday Wabash is full of many deals, food options, music, kids’ activities, and Trolley #85 rides sponsored by Beacon Credit Union and fuel provided by Reynolds Oil! Each street will have a unique feelincluding multiple activities to get you in the holiday spirit. Plan on bringing a friend, or three, to experience our quaint, but beautiful downtown. FISH FOOD PANTRY will have many locations for non-perishable food items to be dropped off. Join us in welcoming not one, but two new businesses in our downtown: Tiny Threads Children’s Boutique and Markmen’s Guns. Join Marelli’s and the Wabash County Historical Museum in their holiday decoration unveilings. Shopping deals, kids’ activities, food options, music, and more will be spread throughout as well. First Friday participants should pick up the month’s guide and travel to each of the featured businesses. Once the guide is full, you can drop it off at any of the featured locations. You will then be entered to win First Friday Baskets loaded with so manylocal goodies. November’s First Friday featured businesses include: Marksmens’ Guns, Tiny Threads Children’s Boutique, Bellazo, Borders and Beyond Gallery, Bash Boutique, Modoc’s Market, Wabash County Historical Museum, and Twisted Scissors Salon.
