HUNTINGTON, Ind. – Here is an update to a shooting that took place at the 600 Block of East Market Street in Huntington. Steven P. Wheeler was arrested for shooting Richard Voght and charged with the following:
Count 1 – Attempted Voluntary Manslaughter – Level 2 Felony
Count 2 – Attempted Aggravated Battery – Level 3 Felony
Count 3 – Battery With A Deadly Weapon – Level 5 Felony
Count 4 – Possession of a Handgun without a License – Level 5 Felony
Count 5 – Criminal Organization Activity – Level 5 Felony
Count 6 – Criminal Recklessness While Armed With A Deadly Weapon Level 6 Felony
