Tamara “Tammy” Sue Miller, 46, Marion, died at 12:26 p.m. on Thursday, March 17, 2016, at Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis. She was born in Goshen, IN, to Thomas and Diane (Emerick) Long. She married Tracy Miller on August 31, 1990, and he survives.
Tammy was a graduate of Marion High School, and she volunteered as an advocate for Children with Disabilities. Tammy liked to fish, work on crafts, and sing. She loved her four dogs and the color red.
Survivors include her children, Tiffanie Miller and Ty (Keyli) Miller; step-mother, Terri Long; step-brothers, Matthew Long and Marcus Long; her dogs, Buster, Gizmo, Hommer, Maggie May; and her granddogs, Duke and Sheba.
Tammy was preceded in death by her father, Thomas, and her sister-in-law, Monica Miller.
Friends and family may call from 10-11 a.m. on Monday, March 21, 2016 at Grant Memorial Park Chapel, 1606 W. 26th St., Marion, IN. Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. with Pastor Bill Sparks officiating. Burial will follow at Grant Memorial Park.
