Ruthann married James Richard Lower in Wabash, on February 15, 1948; he died August 16, 1984. She was a member of Wabash Christian Church and retired from Clarks Finer Foods where she worked in the delicatessen for several years. She had also worked at Wabash Abstract Company.
She is survived by her two sons, Richard D. (Kathryn) Lower and Steven M. (Rose) Lower, her sister, Martha A. Erb, all of Wabash, and 9 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her parents.
Private interment will be in Falls Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements by Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, Wabash.
