On Tuesday, October 30, 2018, Michelle Nicole Ricks, loving daughter and mother of two children, passed away in her Marion home at the age of 38. She was born in Marion on May 23, 1980, and was a lifelong resident of the area.
Michelle was a homemaker and had attended Sunnycrest Baptist Church when she was younger.
She will be greatly missed by her two children, Liberty and Prestynn Evans; boyfriend, Hayward Evans; mother, Donna Ricks; father, David Thompson; step-father, Jeff Ricks; brother, Nick Ricks; sister, Stacey Shockey; aunts, Karen Ricks and Nora Gardiner; nieces, Paytynn Ricks and Karter Shockey; and many other beloved family members.
The family will receive visitors from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with Michelle’s funeral service beginning at 1 p.m. on Monday, November 5, 2018, at Integrity Funeral Care, 2901 S. Washington St., Marion, IN. Pastor Mick Simpkins will be officiating with burial following at Grant Memorial Park.
