MIAMI COUNTY, Ind. – Miami County Substance Abuse Prevention Council will meet February 13th at 5:00 p.m. at Main Street United Methodist Church, in the church basement. In July of 2016, Miami County YMCA became the fiscal agent for prevention funding received.
