MARION, Ind. – On November 11, 2016 at approximately 6:06 am, a passerby reported to the Marion Police Department that a man was lying in the roadway on North River Road just east of West Overlook Road. Police and Medic Units arrived on scene, at which time the individual was pronounced deceased.
The male, Caucasian has not been identified, and the investigation is being treated as a possible homicide.
