Judith “Judy” Rae Foudray

Judith “Judy” Rae Foudray, who just celebrated her 74th birthday, passed away in her Van Buren home at 4:33 a.m. on Tuesday, January 8, 2019.  She was born in Marion on January 6, 1945, and was the daughter of the late Carl and Mae (Harrell) Douglas.

Judy was a 1962 graduate of Marion High School.  She married Aubrey L. Foudray, and they had two daughters, Natalie and Wendy.  She was a homemaker throughout her life and served her husband and daughters faithfully.  Spending time with her family and friends was her greatest joy in life.  She always enjoyed her mother-daughter trips, taking drives in the country, playing games, dancing, and listening to music.

She will also be remembered for how much she loved worshiping the Lord and serving Him.  The world was a better place with her in it, and it will never be the same without her!

She is survived by her daughters, Natalie (William) Harris, Marion, and Wendy (Brian) Bartrom, Van Buren; sisters, Sherry Vice, Marion, and Sheila Goodwin, Marion; grandchildren, Jeffrey (Arin) Dudley, Noblesville, Brice (Kaylin) Dudley, Noblesville, Nicole (fiancé, Ryan Gerber) Dudley, Marion, and William (fiancée, Savannah Jones) Harris Jr., Marion; great-grandchildren, Cadence Dudley, Braedyn Dudley, Breanna Dudley, Aiden Gerber, Alayna Gerber, Enzley Harris, and soon-to-be granddaughter, Avah Harris.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Aubrey, and sisters, Brenda Stambaugh, Marcia Rude, and Sandy Lusher.

The family will receive visitors from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday, January 11, 2019, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion, IN.

Judy’s funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, January 12, 2019, at the funeral home with Pastor Jeff Luedtke officiating.  Burial will follow in Van Buren Cemetery.
