Hazel R. Jones Hahn

Hazel R. Jones Hahn, 96, of Huntington, IN, passed away at 7:00 AM on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at Heritage Pointe in Huntington, IN. She was born on Tuesday, December 06, 1921, in Flemming Co., KY. Mrs. Hahn was a former resident of Hartford City, IN. Hazel worked at St. Joe Paper in Hartford City, IN for 21 years. She was Co-Owner of Carolyns Childrens Shop in Montpelier, IN. She was a member of the Alethia Chapter #206 of the Order of Eastern Star in Montpelier and also the Purity Chapter in Hartford City. She was a member of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority. She was also a member of the Grace United Methodist Church in Hartford City and had also attended the First United Methodist Church in Montpelier and was a member of the United Methodist Womens Club. She had also spent the winter at Crystal Lake Village in Wauchula, FL. She was currently living in Huntington.
Survivors include her Daughter – Sharon (husband, Gary) Sutton, Huntington, IN, Brother – James Jones, Hartford City, IN, Brother – Bob Jones, Hartford City, IN, Grandchild – Jeannie Myers, Huntington, IN, Grandchild – Sherri Givens, Hudson, WI, Grandchild – Doug Gordon, Zeeland, MI, Grandchild – Carmin Johnston, Andrews, IN, Grandchild – Rynell Klepper, Huntington, IN, Great Grandchildren – 7, and 3 Gr. Gr. Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her 1st Husband – Charles W. Shores, 2nd Husband – Harold McGeath, 3rd Husband – Floyd Hahn, Father – Calvert Jones, Mother – Nellie Ann (Hurst) Jones, Daughter – Carolyn Gordon, Sister – Dorotha Osborn, Brother – Edmond Jones, and her Brother – Raymond Jones.

Family and friends may gather to share and remember at Walker & Glancy Funeral Home 109 W Windsor St Montpelier on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

A service to celebrate her life will be at Walker & Glancy Funeral Home 109 W Windsor St Montpelier at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 with the Rev. Lloyd Hall officiating. Interment will follow in the Hartford City Cemetery in Hartford City.

Preferred memorials: Grace United Methodist Church, Hartford City, IN.
