Goshen Man Found Wearing Explosive Vest

GOSHEN,Indiana — Here’s something we don’t want to hear about in our area. Police report that they arrested a Goshen man after a traffic stop just after midnight yesterday. Police say 45 year old Sherman Fuller of Goshen was taken into custody yesterday morning after being arrested for wearing a live explosive vest in his car. Police charged him with unauthorized possession, manufacture, or distribution of a destructive device. When he was pulled over he had on a vest with wires coming out of it claiming it might contain a bomb. The officers finally convinced Fuller to take off the vest and get out of his pickup. No one knows why the Goshen man was wearing the explosive vest. The bomb squad disarmed the device after about an hour and a half.
