Gloria D. Clark, 78, of Marion, passed away at 9:15 pm on Saturday, October 1, 2022, at Aperion Care. She was born in Marion on April 6, 1944, to William and Ola (Thompson) Reel, Sr. On April 15, 1979, she married Edward L. Clark, and he survives.
Gloria was a homemaker and helped raise her three sons. She had four sisters and a brother. She attended the Salvation Army Church in Marion as well as Liberty Baptist Church in Sweetser. Gloria was dedicated to volunteer work including Care and Share at General Motors and the Lions Club. More than anything, Gloria was dedicated to the Lord and helped at her churches whenever possible.
She was preceded in death by her father, William Franklin Reel, Sr., and her mother, Ola A. Griffin.
The family will receive visitors from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Monday, October 10, 2022, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion, IN.
Immediately following the time of visitation, a funeral service to celebrate Gloria’s life will begin at 1:00 pm with Pastor Adam Drake officiating. Burial will follow at Grant Memorial Park in Marion.
