Dennis Ray Hart, 63, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, May 28, 2023, following a long, hard-fought illness of Transverse Myelitis.
Denny will always be remembered for his fierce love for, and loyalty to, his family and friends; his quick wit and sense of humor and his outstanding cooking skills, the results of which he always loved to share with others. His passion for wine and wine making inspired his daughter Emily and son-in-law Eric to create Two-EE’s Winery in Huntington, Indiana.
“Dad” lived a short but meaningful life, illustrated by his character and treatment of others. His honesty, integrity, fairness and compassion make his life and ideal example for us all to follow. The pain of losing him symbolizes and reflects the profound influence he had on all who knew and loved him. (His son Aaron)
Denny will be missed by his wife of 41 years, Louise, son Aaron Hart, daughters Ashlie (Joey Marks) Hart, Emily (Eric) Harris, six grandchildren, mother Dianna Hart, brother Tim (Patsy) Hart, and sister Lisa (Jonathan) Lawyer. Denny is now reunited with his father, Ray Hart.
A celebration of Denny’s Life will be held at a later date for friends and family.
