David Catterton, 78, of rural Wabash, Indiana, died at 11:22 am, Saturday, December 9, 2023, at Parkview Health Randallia in Fort Wayne. He was born on July 20, 1945, in Wabash, Indiana, to Joseph Lansing Catterton and Elizabeth (Davidson) Boggs.
David worked and retired from Pathfinders Services, and also worked at Hoosier Point both in Wabash. David enjoyed riding his moped, going to the reservoir, walking in the woods, singing, and listening to 50’s and 60’s music. He was also a talented artist.
He is survived by two sisters, Lana (Kenneth) Brosman of Huntington, Indiana, and Jane (Mike) Clark of Pierceton, Indiana, brother, James Catterton of Marion, Indiana, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Joseph Allen, and Dyle Catterton, and two sisters, Lenore Wiley, and Jean Catterton.
Funeral services will be 10:30 am, Monday, December 18, 2023, at Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, 1241 Manchester Avenue, Wabash. Burial will be in Falls Cemetery, Wabash. Friends may call one hour prior to the service Monday.
