Carol Buzzard, 86, of Warren, IN, passed away at 12:11 PM on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at Heritage Pointe in Warren. She was born on Saturday, July 30, 1932, in Huntington Co, IN to the late Eloise & Clarence Smith. Carol was a 1950 graduate of Jefferson High School. She formerly worked at PHD in Huntington for many years.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
A private graveside service will be held at Gardens of Memory rural Marion on Friday, September 21, 2018 with the Chaplain Gerald Moreland officiating.
