Bill C. Landers, 68, of Huntington, IN, passed away on Wednesday, March 28, 2018, at Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne, IN.
Mr. Landers was born on September 29, 1949, in Los Angeles County, CA, to Donald and Grace (Ferguson) Landers. His parents preceded him in death.
Mr. Landers retired from NRM (Nevada Railroad Materials) in 2001 after working over 10 years. He was active with the Salvation Army while he resided in Long Beach, CA.
He is survived by two daughters, Melissa (Ryan) Decker, Huntington, IN, Jamie Landers, Oceanside, CA; one sister, Gloria Landers, Fort Wayne, IN; and 7 grandchildren.
Along with his parents he was preceded in death by one brother, Michael Landers.
There will be no calling hours.
A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, March 30, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. at McElhaney-Hart Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson Street, Huntington, IN, with Pastor Russell Riley officiating.
Burial will be at Pilgrim’s Rest Cemetery, Huntington, IN.
