NORTH MANCHESTER – On Friday, November 15, 2019 around 9:31 am the North Manchester Police responded to the 400 block of Miami Street for a domestic disturbance, involving a man with a gun. After arrival, officers learned a shot had been fired. Clifford P. Miller, 54, North Manchester was arrested by the North Manchester Police. Miller was charged with battery by means of a deadly weapon, pointing a firearm at another and criminal recklessness committed with a deadly weapon. The North Manchester Police were assisted by the Wabash County Sheriff’s Department and the Indiana State Police.
