WABASH,Indiana – This Saturday morning at 8:30, Indiana State Senator Jim Banks and State Representative Dave Wolkins will give Wabash County residents a legislative update on what is happening in the statehouse at the Farm Bureau Insurance building, located at 594 South Miami Street in Wabash. There, the two men will talk about everything from the Religious Rights bill to the ISTEP to the road tax to the well-publicized Poultry bill.

The event will open with an overview on what has been happening in the house and senate in the first session and what both men expect in the second session. Coffee and donuts will be provided and the public is welcome.

The meeting will end promptly at 9:30 as both Banks and Wolkins have meetings elsewhere in the state. Anywhere from 10 to 50 people usually attend the meeting which occurs once or twice a year.
