Steven Andrew Chenoweth, 54, Marion, died in his home at 7:55 p.m. on Monday, April 4, 2016. He was born in Tachikawa, Tokyo, Japan, to Robert James and Vonda Ellen (Worthman) Chenoweth. On November 2, 1981, Steven married Tena Sue Bennett, and she survives.
Steven served his country in the Navy, and he worked with TLC Corporation and Bennett Construction from 1985-2006. He was a hard worker and was known for his great work ethic. Steven loved to hunt, golf, and especially spend time with his grandchildren.
In addition to his wife, Tena, of 35 years, survivors include his father, Robert Chenoweth; children, Jerrad (Amanda) Chenoweth, Jacob (Bree) Chenoweth, and Joseph (Hannah Williamson) Chenoweth, all from Marion; grandchildren, Levi, Liam, Bo, Marley, and Kingston; siblings, Pam (Chris) Ritchason, CA, and Tim (Cindy) Chenoweth, Arcadia; brothers-in-law, Ty (Lisa) Bennett and Todd (Chris) Bennett; and his dog, Sissy Sue.
Steven’s mother, Vonda, preceded him in death.
At the family’s request, there will be no services. Arrangements are entrusted to Integrity Funeral Care, 2901 S. Washington St., Marion, IN.
