Patty L. Rzasa, age 74, of Huntington, passed away Saturday March 18, 2017 at 3:42 pm at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. She worked at Markle Health Care for 8 years in housekeeping and laundry. She was a member of VFW Post #2689 auxiliary and enjoyed cooking.
Patty was born February 26, 1943, in Johnstown, PA, the daughter of Sammy and Virginia (Seavers) Long. On June 3, 1967, she married her beloved husband of 49 year Robert M. Rzasa in Johnstown, PA, and he survives in Huntington. Also surviving are a son Robert M. (Kristi) Rzasa Jr of Markle, 3 daughters Connie Biehl of Huntington, Terri Rzasa of North Manchester and Kristina (John) Dorety of Philadelphia, PA, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and 4 brothers George Long, Tony Palmer, Pete Long and Bill Palmer. She was preceded in death by a brother Frank Long.
A graveside service will be held at Gardens of Memory.
