Harry R. Padfield, 90, was surrounded by his family when he went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, June 22, 2017.
Harry was born in Indianapolis on February 10, 1927, to the late Clarence R. and Amanda E. (Hosier) Padfield. He married Patricia L. Titus on June 9, 1946 and she preceded him in death on August 30, 2015.
Harry has lived in Howard County since 1932. He retired from Delco as a pattern maker in 1991 after 39 years of service. He loved gardening, woodworking, computers, mushroom hunting and fishing.
He loved his family and enjoyed being surrounded by them.
He was a 50+ year member of the Masonic Lodge # 341, Greentown. He loved children and showed it by being a Shriner clown for many years. Harry served on the Board of Directors of the Solidarity Credit Union, Kokomo. He was a member of Converse Church of Christ and the Senior Saints.

38 great-grandchildren: including Payton Jansik, Lea Logan, Bryce Logan and Christopher Host.
10 great-great grandchildren
Harry was preceded in death by 5 brothers: Robert, Carl, Edwin, Everet and Norman.
2 grand daughters and a great grandson.
Funeral service will be held Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at 11am in the Converse Church of Christ, 301 East Wabash Street, Converse, with Pastor John Clark officiating.
Visitation will be Monday, June 26, 2017 4pm to 8pm at the Converse Church of Christ with
Masonic Rites at 8pm.
Memorials may be given to the Converse Church of Christ Pre-School.
