Barbara A. Stell, 77, of Warren, IN, passed away at 4:57 PM on Saturday, February 27, 2016 at her residence in Warren, IN. She was born on Monday, March 07, 1938, in Hartford, CT. She married Ted Stell. Barbara attended Warren High School. She had worked at the Warren Truck Stop, Huntington Nursing Home, and was a housewife. She was a member of the V.F.W. Post 2689 in Huntington.
