Zachary “Zach” Michael Spencer was born in this world on September 8, 1995. He lost his battle with addiction early Monday, April 10, 2023. He was born to Paula (Purdom) Coppock and Michael Spencer in Marion.
Zach attended Madison-Grant schools where he majored in socializing and girls. He enjoyed the outdoors and animals, especially dogs, which he recently had a new puppy named Carma. Zach worked at Atlas Foundry. He was a busy body and loved artwork, especially tattoos.
He was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Karen Distler and Betty Robbins; grandfathers, Walter Purdom and Larry Spencer; and uncle, Brent Robbins.
He leaves behind his mom, Paula Coppock of Fairmount; dad, Michael (Jackie) Spencer; siblings, Ben (Megan) Coppock of Dunkirk, Brianna Coppock of Fairmount, and Bethany (Trent) Payne of Fairmount; nieces and nephews, Austin (Alana) Billings of Alexandria, Kalvin Coppock of Washington State, Veronique Coppock of Fairmount, Kaleb Coppock, and Abbi and Alli Payne; grandmother, Martha Purdom; several aunts and uncles; and girlfriend, Bella.
Arrangements are pending with Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral & Cremation Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion, IN.
