Troy Allen Learned, 58, of Wabash, Indiana, died at 1:48 am, Tuesday, August 1, 2023, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He was born on September 22, 1964, in Anderson, Indiana, to William “Bill” and Bonnie (Kelley) Learned.
Troy married Laura Hileman in Wabash on September 27, 1992. He was a welder. Troy enjoyed fishing and playing disc golf, watching the eagles, and going on nature walks. He was an avid Indiana Pacers and Indianapolis Colts fan.
He is survived by his wife, Laura Learned of Wabash; three children, William “Allen” Hileman and Steven “Mikey” Learned, both of Wabash, and Gayle McVoy of Huntington, Indiana; three grandchildren; and several brothers and sisters. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
Funeral services will be 1:00 pm, Tuesday, August 8, 2023, at Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, 1241 Manchester Avenue, Wabash, with Rev. Nathan Whybrew officiating. Burial will be in Falls Cemetery, Wabash. Friends may call 12-1:00 pm Tuesday, at the funeral home.
