Trinidad Arenas, 78, of Marion, passed away at 3:00 am on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at Miller’s Merry Manor in Marion. She was born in Mercedes, Texas, on Monday, May 28, 1945, to Del’fino and Inez (Guajadro) Sanchez.
Trinidad worked at Tulox for many years. She loved her grandkids and enjoyed spending time with them as much as she could. She was very family-oriented, very selfless, and always gave back to others. She would do anything for anyone. Trinidad was a very religious woman.
Survivors include her children, Jesse Arenas of Marion, Mary Anderson of Marion, Edward Arenas of Swayzee, Linda Arenas of McAllen, TX, and Arnold Arenas of Marion; grandchildren, Kirk Arenas of Marion, Audra Anderson of Marion, Skyller Arenas of Chicago, IL, Kyle Arenas of Marion, Alexis Arenas of KY, Selena Arenas of Swayzee, Oscar Arenas of Marion, Jennifer Arenas of Wabash, and Jesse Arenas of Marion; six great-grandchildren; sister, Margarita Sanchez; brothers, David Sanchez, Martin Sanchez, and Felipe Sanchez; and several nieces and nephews from Reynosa, Mexico.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her ex-husband, Arturo R. Arenas.
At Trinidad’s request, there will be no public visitation or funeral service.
