Tim was born in Marion on December 13, 1961 to Robert A. and Mary E. (Phillipe) Highley. He passed away in his Converse home on February 6, 2019.
Tim was a 1980 graduate of Oak Hill High School. He was a self employed farmer and worked on the family farm. In his free time he enjoyed football and spending time with his family. Tim will be remembered for his loving heart and his dedication to his family-his whole family was blessed to have him in their lives.
Survivors include his mother, Mary E. “Libby” Highley, Converse; sons, Travis R. Highley, Swayzee; Tim R. (Amber) Highely and Tyler R. Highley, both of Converse; Ted R. Highley, Amboy; fiance, Michelle E. Dennison, Converse; siblings, Helen C. Highley, Gas City; Vaughn A. Highley, Pendleton; 11 grandchildren, Allison M. Highley, Ian A. Martin, Brooklynn R. Highley, Kendall R. Highley, Leah E. Highley, Bralon T. Highley, Hayden R. Highley, Amelia R. Highley, Dean T. Highley, Pierce A. Highley, Eli R. Highley; a host of extended family and friends.
Tim is preceded in death by his father, Robert S. Highley; son, Trent R. Highley; brother, Kirt A. Highley; sister, Elizabeth A. Highley.
The memorial gathering will be held from 11am-3pm on Sunday, February 10, 2019 in Amboy UCE Building, 109 Academy, Amboy, Indiana. Owen-Weilert-Duncan Funeral Home, Larrison-Martin Chapel, 308 East Marion Street, Converse was entrusted with the arrangements.
