Tim Eugene Brown, 67, of Huntington, IN, passed away on Tuesday, May 22, 2018, at his residence.
Tim was born on August 19, 1950, in Huntington, IN, to Roy and Margaret J. “Peg” (Fiedler) Brown. His father preceded him in death on September 24, 2001. His mother survives and resides in Huntington, IN.
Tim was a 1968 graduate of Huntington North High School. He retired after being self-employed as a handyman and worked maintenance work for many years at Schacht Rubber in Huntington. Tim was an avid fisherman, hunter and enjoyed bowling.
Tim loved his family very much and leaves behind his mother, Peg, two sons, Brad Brown, Huntington, IN, Rocky Brown, Bowling Brook, IL; two step-sons, Mike Dennis, Huntington, IN, Shawn Dennis, Pierceton, IN; one step-daughter, GraceC Dennis, Huntington, IN; two former spouses, Angie Dennis and Carol Brown, both of Huntington, IN; one sister, Debra Jo Brown, Huntington, IN; 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Along with his father he was preceded in death by one brother, Daniel Roy Brown.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, May 29, 2018, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at McElhaney-Hart Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson Street, Huntington, IN.
A Memorial service will follow the calling on Tuesday, May 29, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. at McElhaney-Hart Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson Street, Huntington, IN, with Rev. Ron Evans officiating.
A private burial will be at a later date.
