Tahlou J. (Kelley) Lee, 82, died Thursday afternoon,December 27, 2018, in University Nursing Center, Upland. She was born on December 29, 1935, in Melvindale, Michigan, at home, the daughter of the late Charles and Gladys (Gorning) Kelley.
She graduated from Marion High School in 1975 and later attended Taylor University. Tahlou was formerly employed with the Grant County Home and RCA, Marion, and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Gas City, and the RCA Sympathy Club.
Survivors include: sister, Camea Kelly, Upland; son, Daniel Colton, Marion; daughter, Theresa (Michael) Russell, Upland; three grandchildren, one great grandchild, and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul T. Lee; two daughters, Kelley Ann and Paulette Lee; sister, Charlotte Kelley; and a brother, Dwight Kelley.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Jones-Smith Chapel of Armes-Hunt Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 259 N. Main St., Upland, where a visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 2, 2018, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. A funeral service will follow at 12:00 p.m. Burial will take place at Gardens of Memory in Marion.
