Stephanie Waggoner, age 64 of Jonesboro, passed away on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at Marion Health in Marion.
Stephanie was born on August 16, 1958 in Marion, Indiana the daughter of the late Russell and Martha (Owings) Underwood.
She worked at Pioneer Catering and was a machine operator at Gen Corp for 20+ years until it shutdown. Stephanie loved to do all kinds of crafts and enjoyed baking and was always looking for a new recipe to try. She most loved spending time with her grandchildren and enjoyed their many activities including bowling and archery.
She is survived by her children, Nick Blackburn, Heather Waggoner, and Cody (Ashley) Waggoner; sisters, Cathy Lambert and Robin (Daryl) Yeakle; grandchildren, Alex Blackburn, Gage Blackburn, Audriona Blackburn, Kaitlyn Waggoner, Jordan Waggoner, Bailey Waggoner and Liam Waggoner; step-granddaugther, Averi Brubaker; great-grandchildren, Emberlyn Blackburn and Amory VanHoosier; several nieces and nephews; and special friends, Mandy Ogunnowo and Kelsey (Jordan) Rupp.
She was also preceded in death by a brother, Mike Underwood; a sister, Nancy Fuller and brother-in-law, Jerry Lambert.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Monday, August 22, 2022 at Raven-Choate Funeral Home, 1202 W. Kem Road, Marion, Indiana. Funeral Services will begin at 6:00 p.m. with Pastor Jeremy Moore officiating.
