Shella K. Good

Shella K. Good, 54, Liberty Mills, Indiana, passed through the gates of heaven on April 28, 2023. The daughter of Ernest and Hazel (Castle) Bradley, Shella was born on September 7, 1968, in Prestonsburg, Kentucky.

While growing up in North Manchester, Shella attended Sweetwater Church of God. She entered the workforce in Fort Wayne at Lincoln Life before being transferred to Greeley, Colorado, where she worked as a financial advisor. Even while living so far away from home, Shella kept her family close. In 1997 she married Greg Good in a castle in the South of France. Though their marriage didn’t work out, the two remained close friends.

Shella was a bright and beautiful woman with a vast love for her family and friends. She found much comfort and peace being in nature and the beauty that it brings. A kind and beautiful soul, Shella believed that every creature should be treated with compassion. Even in death, Shella helped two people with the gift of sight by being a donor. She never had any children but loved her nieces and nephew like they were her own.

Good will be forever cherished by her mother, Hazel Bradley, Liberty Mills; sisters, Cristal (Todd) Brewer, North Manchester, Charlotte Bradley, South Bend, and Melissa (Dennis) Byers, Claypool; nieces, Heather (Chris) Schuler, Devin (Brad) DeLong, Noelle (Dylin) Kennedy, Abby Morse, Madison Burton, and Andrea Morse; and fifteen great-nieces and great-nephews.
