Salamonie Senior Luncheon, Monday, June 7


The monthly Salamonie Senior Luncheon will be held at noon on Monday, June 7, at the
Salamonie Lake Interpretive Center. Anyone age 50 or older is welcome to attend.
Join Advanced Master Gardner Martha Ferguson who will share the importance of using native
plants in place of invasive species. Ferguson recently directed the Gene Stratton-Porter State
Historic Site’s garden restoration project.
The program begins with a carry-in meal at noon. Guests should bring a side dish to share, a
beverage and their own table service. A $1 donation will be accepted.
Seating is limited. Reservations may be made by calling (260) 468-2127.
