Ronald Ray Ditsler, 63, of Upland, passed away on Saturday, March 19, 2022. He was born in Marion, Indiana, on Thursday, May 22, 1958, to Wayne and Barbara (Richey) Ditsler. On September 19, 2003, he married Jill Altman, who survives.
Ronald graduated from Mississinewa and worked for Ceres Midland Grain Elevator. He was a member of the American Legion. He loved his grandkids and would sit at the kids table at gatherings. He was always willing to set aside his own work to help someone else.
Ronald is survived by his mother, Barbara Ditsler of Marion; wife, Jill Ditsler of Upland; daughters, Wendy (Jackson) Wright, Laura (Bruce) Brumfiel; grandchildren, Kali, Kristen, Josh, Dylan, Brooklyn; great-grandson, Camden; brother, David (Linda) Ditsler; sister, Becky (Mike) Lynch; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Wayne Ditsler.
At Ronald’s request, there will be no public visitation or funeral service.
