Richard E. Cole, 68, Marion, passed away on Sunday, May 22, 2022, in his home. He was born in Marion, Indiana, on October 28, 1953, to Richard and Martha Cole.
Richard worked at General Tire and retired from GDX after 30 years of service. He loved searching the internet. He was a homebody and loved family and his dog. In his younger years, he loved to fish and camp.
Survivors include his sons, Richard David (Cindy Johnson) Cole and Stephen C. (Tammy) Cole; grandchildren, Dyllon Michael Cole, Icelie Danielle Cole, Tracy Lester, Cadence Cole, Desiree Dobbs, and Kaylnn Cox; sister, Carolyn Houchard; and former wife, Karen Cole.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
The family will receive visitors from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm on Saturday, May 28, 2022, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion, IN.
