Randy E. Bullard, 62, Marion, passed away in his home at 7:48 p.m. on Sunday, April 8, 2018. He was born in Marion on September 15, 1955, to Virgil Bullard and Doreen (Herring) Clifton. On July 18, 2008, Randy married Marilyn Sparrow, and she survives.
Randy was a foreman for 25 years at Gen Corp. in Wabash and a member of New Testament Church of Apostolic Faith in Newark, Ohio. He liked being outdoors, was an avid softball and music fan, and liked attending concerts. Randy was a very strong-willed, courageous, and loving person with a heart of gold, and he dearly loved his children.
Survivors include his wife, Marilyn; father, Virgil (Betty) Bullard; children, Cheyanne (John) Owens, Johnstown, Ohio, Amanda Diskey, Madison, Wisconsin, and Ryan Diskey, Danville; step-son, Travis Wright, Marion; grandchildren, Savanah, Shea, and Luke Owens; siblings, Bryan Bullard, Kathy Jeffries, and Patty (Mike) Lyons; aunt, Lula Belle Holt; special nephews, Brady and Brandon Lyons; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Preceding him in death were his mother, Doreen Clifton; uncle, Buford Bullard; and grandma, Ruby.
Visitation is from 12 noon to 1 p.m. with Randy’s funeral service beginning at 1 p.m. on Thursday, April 12, 2018, at Integrity Funeral Care, 2901 S. Washington St., Marion. Elder John Owens will be officiating with burial following at Estates of Serenity.
