PERU, Ind. – The Peru Downtown Christmas was a huge success. Many people said it was one of the most attended Christmas presentations that Downtown Peru has ever seen.
Sandy Chittum, the president of the Miami County Chamber of Commerce had this to say:
Peru business owner Jason Bowman told MiBash news that this definitely was a record crowd.
Lisa Stanfield from Elle Belle Boutique and Lillian’s said there were over a thousand people in her store just a half hour into the event.
57 business were open late and participated in the 2016 Peru Downtown Christmas. Santa Claus was there in his house.
There were so many things to do. It was an awesome Christmas extravaganza in downtown Peru.
