Paul Eugene “Rocky” Bishir, 56, of Richmond, passed away at 4:30 am on Thursday, August 18, 2022, at Reid Health in Richmond. He was born in Marion on July 15, 1966, to Delbert and Phyllis (Howard) Bishir.
Rocky was a member of Westside Assembly of God. He enjoyed watching cartoons, Dukes of Hazard, and The Beverly Hillbillies. He was a very caring and friendly person. He also had a great sense of humor and liked making others laugh.
Survivors include his brother, Ricky Bishir of Rockland, CA; sisters, Robin Bishir of Florence, KY, and Debbie DeMarcus of Toledo, OH; nephews, Rick, Joe, Delbert, Zachariah, and James; nieces, Stacy, Tracy, Kendall, Ginny, Christine, and Tiffany; and several friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
The family will receive visitors from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday, August 27, 2022, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion, IN.
Immediately following the time of visitation, a service to celebrate Rocky’s life will begin at 1:00 pm with Jerry Gephart officiating. Burial will take place at Estates of Serenity.
