Patricia Ann Wilcox-Knight, 49, passed away in her Marion home on May 12, 2018. She was born in Marion to Ellis G. Wilcox and Charity E. (Rose) Wilcox on September 16, 1968.
Patricia graduated from Adams Street Christian School and Wrights Beauty College and spent all her life in Grant County. She worked as a manager at Master Cuts and Smart Styles as a cosmetologist. Patricia loved home décor, flowers, baskets and all things pretty. Most of all she loved her family and very much enjoyed being a mother.
Patricia is survived by her father, Ellis G. Wilcox, Marion; mother, Charity Wilcox-Middleton and special dad, Curtis Middleton, Marion; daughter, Samantha D. Knight, Marion; sister, Katrina L. (Gary) Hurt, Marion; sister-in-law, Julie Wilcox-Sanders, Marion; aunt, Tressie Shoemaker, Barnhart, Missouri; special friend, Brandon Campbell, Marion; nephew, Jeremy S. Wilcox, Marion.
Patricia is preceded in death by her brothers, Ellis Gene Wilcox, Jr. and Franklin D. Wilcox.
The family will receive visitors on May 17, 2018 from 4-7pm in Owen-Weilert-Duncan Funeral Home, Marion Chapel, 2722 South Washington Street, Marion, Indiana. The funeral service will be held on Friday May 18, 2018 at 1:30 pm, with Rev. Josephine McClung officiating. Entombment will immediately follow in Grant Memorial Park Cemetery, Marion.
