Norman Ross

Chiropractor, educational and civic leader, farmer, philanthropist. Dr. Ross passed away July 5, 2022, age 82.

He was born in Kosciusko County IN to loving parents Lawrence and Ruby (Carlin) Ross. Norm is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years Judy (Keim) Ross, sisters Phyllis (Ross) Fruitt of West Lafayette and Jenine (Ross) Michael of South Whitley as well as many nieces, nephews and other family members and close friends.

He was a proud graduate of Sidney High School (IN), Ball State University (IN) and the National College of Chiropractic (IL).

Norm was a successful businessman and prominent not-for-profit leader including service as a Board Member of two Chiropractic colleges and a Director of the Ball State Theta Chi Alumni Corporation. He was also an active member of several Masonic / Shrine organizations and member of Hilltop Lutheran church as well as a supporter of many charitable and philanthropic causes.

Dr. Ross was the author of ‘Saints or Quacks, 2020’ and was working on a second book ‘Chasing Squirrels’, both were about the Chiropractic profession.

He will be truly missed by many.

A celebration gathering will be held for patients and friends on July 31, 2022 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Spinal Adjusting Center, 2424 Peddlers Village Road, Goshen, Indiana.   

A graveside service will be held September 3, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. at Clemmers Fishers Ross Cemetery, 3904 East 900 South, Sidney, Indiana.
