Friday, November 4th will kick off the Wabash County Historical Museum’s annual Christmas at the Museum season with a Family Fun Night event from 4 to 8 p.m. In addition to Family Fun Night, Christmas at the Museum 2016 runs November through December 31st and offers free, daily admission to the public.
Again this year, local designer, Michael Weibel and his team of dedicated volunteers have spent countless hours decorating both floors of the Museum for Christmas. Weibel’s holiday inspirations are unique each year and guests can expect to find new themes, colors and decor throughout the entire Museum.
These beautiful decorations will be completely unveiled during Family Fun Night on November 4th as a kick-off to the holiday season. The public is invited to participate in the free event which will include two holiday crafts with local artist Erica Tyson and special treats for children, all generously sponsored by Midwest Eye Consultants.
Beyond Family Fun Night, there will be plenty of opportunities for the public to come and enjoy the Museum decor and the Parkview Wabash Education Center. Thanks to our friends, Beacon Credit Union, admission is completely free every day during the months of November and December.
In addition to the free daily admission, the community is invited to attend three other holiday events at the Museum; Family Fun Night on December 2nd from 4 to 8 p.m., Holiday Mingle, Jingle & Shop on December 3rd from 5 to 8 p.m. and the Christmas at the Museum Gala on December 8th from 5:30 to 8 p.m.
