Michael S. Mertz, 53, North Manchester, Indiana, formerly of Santa Rosa, California, passed away March 18, 2022 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The son of Harry Scott and Ursula (Merz) Mertz, Mike was born on December 20, 1968 in Frankfort, Germany.
