Linda Sue Harrell, 80, Marion, passed away at 9:31 am on Monday, May 1, 2023, at Miller’s Merry Manor in Marion. She was born in Anderson, Indiana, on Saturday, June 13, 1942, to William and Margaret (Ford) Windsor. On May 11, 1963, she married Victor Herb Harrell, and he preceded her in death in 2009.
Linda graduated from Fairmount High School in 1960 and worked in customer service for many years at Tepe’s Department Store. She loved being a house mom, and she loved her grandchildren.
Survivors include her son, Jeffrey (Laura) Harrell of Marion; granddaughters, Megan (Jacob) Haughey of Port St. Lucie, FL, and Bethany (Matt) Newton of Indianapolis; great-grandsons, Easton and Everett; and great-granddaughters, Ellie and Ruby.
She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.
The family will receive visitors from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon on Saturday, May 6, 2023, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral & Cremation Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion, IN.
Following the time of visitation, a graveside service will take place at Park Cemetery in Fairmount.
