Lacie Nicole Millard, 25, of Hartford City, IN, formerly of Warren, IN, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, October 19, 2018 at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN. Over the Summer Lacie had her aortic valve patched; she had been battling heart problems for a while. She was born on Sunday, November 29, 1992, in Elkhart, IN. Lacie was a 2012 graduate of Huntington North High School. She loved to go muddin’, hang out with friends, sit around a bonfire and loved kids.
Survivors include: Mother – Judy Reith, Hartford City, IN, Father – Denny Millard, Gas City, IN, Fiancé-Adam Slusher, Sisters – Libbie & Samantha Millard, Nieces – Maci & Madi Nelson, one Niece on the way-Kiah Nicole JoAnn and Maternal Grandparents – Richard & Phyllis Reith.
She was preceded in death by her Brother Dustin Reith.
Family and friends may gather to share and remember at Glancy – H. Brown & Son Funeral Home 203 N Matilda St. Warren on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Glancy – H. Brown & Son Funeral Home on Thursday, October 25, 2018. A service to celebrate Lacie’s life will be at 7:00 PM on Thursday evening. Lacie will be cremated and interred with her Brother Dustin at Woodlawn Cemetery in Warren.
