Judith “Judy” E. Martin, 68, Sims, passed away at 7:05 pm on Friday, December 22, 2023, in her own home surrounded by her loved ones and her precious dogs, following an illness. She was born on December 28, 1954, in Kokomo, Indiana, to Marden and Joyce (Davis) Warren.
Judy was a caring and loving person who enjoyed her Indianapolis Colts, loved being outside, as well as being around water and the sun. She had a love for flowers and hummingbirds. More than anything, Judy loved spending time with her babies, Buddy and Milo, and her family.
Survivors include her fiancée, Dean Clark of Sims; daughters, Mindy (Steve Dager) Foster of Fort Wayne and Brandy Martin of Kokomo; sisters, Cheryl Simmons of Kokomo and Alisa (Elvis) Binnion of Swayzee; brother, Brian (Gayle) Warren of Somerset; grandchildren, Austin Martin of Fort Wayne, Mitchell Foster of Huntington, Allie Foster of Fort Wayne, and Zachery Burton and Jacob Burton, both of Sims; and four nieces and two nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Steven Warren.
The family will receive visitors from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon on Friday, December 29, 2023, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral & Cremation Service, Rybolt Chapel, 314 N. Washington St., Swayzee, IN.
Immediately following visitation, a funeral service to celebrate Judy’s life will begin at 12:00 noon with Pastor Mick Simpkins officiating. Burial will take place at Thrailkill Cemetery.
