Jerry Russell Weaver, 70, Marion, passed away on Monday, December 5, 2022, at Lutheran Hospital of Indiana in Fort Wayne. He was born in Marion, Indiana, on September 3, 1952, to Melburne and Jean (Mickley) Weaver.
Jerry loved his family and enjoyed farming. He will be missed by all who knew him.
Survivors include his wife of almost 52 years, Nancy Weaver; children, Angie (Ben) Jarvis and Russell (Shelley) Weaver; grandchildren, Chanse (Alicia) Weaver and Daisy LeeAnn Davis; great-grandchildren, Breighton Weaver and Easton Weaver; and siblings, David (MaryAnn) Weaver, Dennis (Sue) Weaver, Mel (Denise) Weaver, and Barb Weaver.
He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Terry Lee Weaver and Patty (Nick) Combs; and sister-in-law, Tammy Weaver.
The family will receive visitors from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Friday, December 9, 2022, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion, IN.
Immediately following the time of visitation, a service to celebrate Jerry’s life will begin at 1:00 pm with Pastor Terry Bishir officiating. Burial will take place at Gardens of Memory in Marion.
