Earl Gene Howard, 70, of Wabash, Indiana, died at 8:15 am, Saturday, February 24, 2024, at The Waters East of Wabash. He was born on January 12, 1954, in Poseyville, Indiana, to Jesse and Cynthia “Annie” (Sutton) Howard.
Earl married Jean Ann Justice in Wabash on April 4, 1977. He was very competitive and enjoyed playing pool, cards, euchre, and poker. He also enjoyed camping and, fishing, but he especially enjoyed road trips exploring the country.
He is survived by his wife, Jean Ann (Justice) Howard of Wabash; four children, Earle Howard of Wabash, Karalee (Randy) Reynolds of North Manchester, Indiana, Jason Howard and Joshua (Kimberly) Howard, both of Wabash; 8 grandchildren; and his siblings, Jesse (Donna) Howard Jr. and Jeff Howard, both of Texas, Jim (Junita) Howard of Kokomo, Indiana, Jamie (Mike) Mollett of Wabash, Sandra Mick and Scott (Teresa) Howard, both of Carmi, Illinois. He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers.
